A New Nephew AND Christmas!

My sister Alissa had little Kayden on December 18th. Since it was a Saturday we headed up that day to go see him. He is SO stinkin cute and is the best little baby!
Conner and Kynzee keeping themselves entertained at the hospital by eating pudding cups.
Nathan headed home on Sunday but I stayed until Wednesday and rode back to Twin with Nathan’s sister Lindsey. I spent the whole time hugging this little cutie. He makes me excited to meet our little guy! I hope these last 4 months go by fast!

On Thursday morning we headed to Washington to spend Christmas with the Gilberts. We had so much fun and,as always, it went by way too fast. We love having the whole family together and Conner loved spending time with all of his cousins. Here they are helping Grandpa leave hay out for Santa's reindeer.

Christmas morning: Family shot + Josh
Josh helping Conner see what Santa left him in his stocking.
Conner understood the concept of opening presents alot better this year but still got frustrated when we wouldn't immediately let him play with his toys.
Conner was spoiled and got lots and lots of toys including a set of farm animals. After he opened them he had to set them all up and tell us the noise that each of them makes. It was so cute!

I feel like I am never in any of the pictures from vacations because I am always the one taking the pictures... I think that this is the only one I'm in!

We spent the whole time eating WAY too much good food. On two of the nights we had big delicious turkey dinners. And one night we even went and ate at Chico's. They have the best pizza because they stack on TONS of toppings. Grandma Grimmett had a big bag of quarters and let the kids play all of the arcade games. We stuck as many kids on the rollar coaster ride as possible to get the biggest bang for our buck. Conner doesn't look too happy about Lucy squeezing in.
While we were there we decided to paint a few rooms in Nathan's parents house. Nathan babysat while the girls painted and this is how he kept them entertained.
Before we left we had to get a picture of all the cute grandkids!

We had a great time and LOVED seeing everyone!
